Connect WhatsApp Business
Receive and send WhatsApp messages from Aevia Inbox.
- 1Create a Meta Business Manager account
- 2Request a Phone Number ID for the WhatsApp Cloud API
- 3Submit the Meta App Review (Messaging and Business Messaging categories)
- 4Add the Webhook URL: https://aevia-inbox.vercel.app/api/webhooks/whatsapp
- 5Enter the Verify Token (visible in Settings → Channels → WhatsApp)
- 6Test with a message to the verified number
Note: Meta App Review takes 1-7 business days. Aevia guides you through the process if needed.
Connect Instagram DM
Centralize Instagram direct messages in Aevia Inbox.
- 1The Instagram account must be a Professional (Business) type
- 2Linked to a Facebook Page you administer
- 3Enable messages in Settings → Privacy → Messages
- 4Meta OAuth: authorize Aevia Inbox on the linked Facebook Page
- 5The Webhook registers automatically after authorization
Note: Requires a validated Meta App Review (same as WhatsApp).
Connect LinkedIn
Read and send LinkedIn messages (DMs and InMails) via Unipile.
- 1Create an account on unipile.com (15 days free)
- 2Connect your LinkedIn account in Unipile (Chrome extension or API)
- 3Get your Unipile API Key (Settings → API)
- 4In Aevia Inbox → Settings → Channels → LinkedIn → paste the key
- 5Your LinkedIn messages appear in the inbox within 30 seconds
Note: Unipile cost: ~€30/month per synced LinkedIn account. Aevia pricing included from Pro+.
Connect TikTok (coming soon)
Receive and reply to TikTok DMs from Aevia Inbox — availability planned for Q3.

- 2Creating a TikTok for Developers App (in progress on Aevia’s side)
- 3Messaging API whitelist: by invitation during the beta
- 4Join the waitlist from Settings → Channels → TikTok
Note: TikTok is gradually opening its messaging API. Aevia is in the partner program — first connected accounts in Q3 2026.
Install the Webchat on your website
A chat widget to paste on your website, with conversations centralized in the inbox.
- 1Go to Settings → Channels → Webchat
- 2Click Generate a snippet: copy the provided <script>
- 3Paste the snippet just before </body> on your website
- 4Customize: color, welcome message, position, opening hours
- 5Test on your website, the message arrives in the inbox within 5 seconds
Note: The widget weighs 12kB gzip, with no impact on performance.
Configure the conversational AI
Automatic replies while you are away, reply suggestions, lead scoring.
- 1Choose the tone: Professional / Friendly / Direct (Settings → AI)
- 2Set the default language (FR/EN/ES/PT)
- 3Enable auto-reply hours (for example 8pm-9am)
- 4Customize the away message
- 5Enable lead scoring: the AI detects hot messages
Note: The AI uses Anthropic Claude (Haiku). 1000 messages/month included in Pro, unlimited in Business.
Security and compliance

- 3Passwords hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds)
- 4Multi-tenant isolation: no cross-tenant access possible

- 6Daily backups kept for 30 days (Neon Postgres)
- 7GDPR compliance: DPA available on request
