By accessing and using Aevia WS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Service Description

Aevia WS provides a unified messaging management platform that integrates multiple communication channels including Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp Business. The service allows users to:

• Centralize messages from multiple platforms in a single interface
• Manage customer conversations efficiently
• Automate replies via AI agents
• Analyze communication and performance metrics

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

By using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable local, national or international law
• Send spam, malicious content or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate any other person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse or harm others

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, WhatsApp). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that may affect the functionality of the service.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.1 Available Plans

• Starter: Basic plan with limited features
• Pro: Professional plan with advanced features
• Enterprise: Enterprise plan with full features and priority support

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice
• Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Aevia WS and are protected by international copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aevia WS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.

9. Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be:

• Uninterrupted or error-free
• Secure or virus-free
• Meet your specific requirements

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If it cannot be resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Spain.
